Document Versions
Officers of O.T.O. local bodies, chartered initiators, and others having need for official forms and documents may obtain them through the usual official channels; contact the Document Control Officer (doc_control@oto-usa.org) if you need assistance with this process.
The table below (which is also available as a Google Drive spreadsheet) specifies the current official version of each document, so those with outdated copies can recognize and correct this problem. In all cases version numbers and dates are given as they appear on each document.
